When should the reacted tubes be removed from the reader?

As soon as the run is complete, remove the reacted tubes from the reader and place them in an empty Master Mix pouch. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CAREFULLY REMOVE THE TUBES FROM THE READER AS SOON AS THE RUN IS DONE TO AVOID COMTAMINATION. NEVER OPEN REACTED TUBES.
