Check to make sure your reader and PC have the same software versions. If not, contact Tech Support. If the software versions are the same, do the following:
- Turn off reader and PC
- Turn PC on and wait for it to boot up
- Turn on reader and wait until it is ready – the yellow light on the front of the reader will go from flashing yellow to solid yellow
- Open DNAble Desktop sw and connect
