Will Silton
Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing
Will Silton began his career at EnviroLogix as Director of Operations in 2018, having previously led inorganic growth (merger/acquisition) projects at our parent company, Ensign-Bickford Industries (EBI). It was at EBI that Will had the chance to work with a small EnviroLogix team on a broad food chain growth strategy. That project gave him a renewed appreciation for, and interest in, the massive consumer and technological trends our industry faces. In 2020, he brought his layered expertise to the role of Vice President of Sales for the Americas, and in 2022, took on the expanded role of Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.
Will has brought a strong work ethic, a hearty value for customer focus, project management acumen, and a passion for analytical rigor to his roles at EnviroLogix. Six years working in Mergers and Acquisitions; his lifelong experience as a team captain and coach; as well as being the oldest of three very competitive brothers; all leave him feeling energized by leadership challenges, which he in turn uses to motivate others to aim high.
He holds a BA in International Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He chose Middlebury for its blend of strong academics and academic optionality; world class study-abroad program; and broad offering of extracurricular activities that included opportunities to explore the Green Mountains daily, and even took a class on urban trees.
Originally from Sudbury, MA, like many from the Boston area, Will has always been an effusive fan of Celtics basketball; his high school team was one game away from playing on the Boston Garden parquet in the state semifinals. Will is an avid cyclist, golfer, skier, basketball player, and foodie. Cycling takes him on a lot of adventures; the farthest away, so far, was in Tuscany, Italy.
Will is a big supporter of the Jimmy Fund and the Dana Farber Institute – for which he fundraises and annually rides in the Pan-Mass Challenge — proudly supports the World Wildlife Fund. In his time off, he loves traveling, woodworking, exercising with his golden retriever, and seeking new outdoor experiences around Maine.
