If you observe a CheckComb value that is out of the ranges printed on the back,
- Remove the CheckComb from the scanner and place it back in the comb carrier (the CheckComb may not have been positioned properly).
- Clean the glass surface of the scanner
- Calibrate the scanner
- Execute the Clean Test. [insert link to Clean Test protocol] If there are bad clusters found, clean the glass surface again and repeat the Clean Test.
- Contact Technical Support if you continue to experience issues with reading the CheckComb.
